INGREDIENTS:
1 QT Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Cloves chopped garlic
1 cup water
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tbs. minors (chicken base)
2 tablespoons flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown garlic in olive oil, add cream and bring to boil (do not burn). Once it boils add flour and water (mix flour and water first) to thicken. Then turn down heat an add cheese and chicken base and a little pepper to taste.
Great with chicken or shrimp served over bow tie pasta.
Option: Add chopped broccoli for color.
